Weird Headlight Problem - Stuck and Clicking

Weird Headlight Problem - Stuck and Clicking
I assumed my gears were bad so I went ahead and replaced both headlight motors. After replacement, they worked fine, but after 3-4 times using them, I am noticing my headlight are stuck up or down, regardless if I manually move them up/down
I’m also hearing a faint clicking noise from passenger motor and my headlights bulbs are actually stuck on, regardless if I have my stalk on or off.
I have checked fuses 3 and 4 under hood, no issues, my next guess is to replace headlight controls module.
Anyone run into this issue and have suggestions? Thanks!!
