Front Leaf Lowering Bolts
If the pads on these are worn out what kind of sound/noise does it produce? I'm getting a kind of a rattle or popping sound I can't find. It's not constant, but frequent when going over the slightest bumps. I feel it in the steering wheel. I already have new and greased sway bar bushings, new end links and new Bilsteins. I did a quick visual inspection under the car and put my hands on as much as I could. The only thing I found was the drivers side lowering bolt pad rubber seems either bad or gone. I guess I'm just not convinced that's making the sound I'm hearing.
Any thoughts?
Are the VMS bolts the ones to use if I replace?

Sorry, don't know where the noise is coming from, but if the rubber is gone from the lowering bolts, I would
install new ones. I did and it wasn't that bad. I would start there.
Someone else might have a better solution.
