Default Throttle body issues/replacement

I have been going crazy trying to find a replacement for this throttle body on my c5 vette. I dont want to make drastic changes to make something else fit but can someone help out with my options? This is the oem dbw ls1/ls6 throttle body and i guess the motor took a crap? Well its failing it seems because i got reduced engine power and codes for both connectors.

I also wanted to add in, ideally, it would be great to just replace the motor and the IAC sensor along with the TPS sensor, but I cannot find an IAC sensor and a motor unless I were to buy the whole unit used off of eBay which for me it does not make any sense to buy something that can potentially, sooner than later, fail on me. I don’t see any OEM assemblies anywhere online that are brand new so it’s starting to look like my only options are aftermarket brands that potentially change up my connections and even possibly my air intake manifold. I would like to keep things as minimally, complicated, and more or less plug-in play But I don’t know if that is even an option.
