2002 C5 fuel regulator return circuit set up!
Gents, looking for advice on how best to upgrade to a new regulator and return circuit to handle the new 450 L pump I have installed in the tank...My tuner says the current stock regulator will not handle the volume and the additional backpressure will eventually burn up the pump!! Currently with the stock regulator system I am seeing 67 to 69 PSI on the rail, this is up from the 60 PSI I saw with the 225 pump??? On a side note I have upgraded the previous 225 Racetronix pump due to HP demand out pacing the capacity of the 225...I am supercharged and cammed, estimating 550 to 575 RWHP! Looking for some direction!
