My Corvette cranks but will not start. I stopped at a gas station to fuel up, pulled out, and the car immediately died. It now cranks normally, but it seems like it might not be getting spark or fuel. The only recent change to my car was a starter replacement. I used a scanner to check codes and the only two that appeared were alternator codes.
Spray an alternate fuel like Brake Kleen into the intake and see if the car starts…if not may be a fuel delivery issue…while cranking do you see the Tach move or an RPM signal with your scan tool…if not it may be a crank sensor.
Nothing happened during either test. The engine continued cranking when I sprayed brake parts cleaner, and the tachometer did not move at all but a new code appeared P1518. Also a buzzing sound came from my passenger footwell when i tried cranking but I couldn't tell if it was the bcm or fuse box.
If your diagnostic knowledge doesn’t go beyond spraying Brake Kleen or looking at the Tach seek out an auto diagnostic shop in your area…below is the factory flow chart for the P1518.
If proficient and have a DVM check for 12v at fuse 17 in the engine bay fuse box, with Ignition switch in the run position. I would also check wiring at the pcm and tac modules, you will have to remove front passenger tire and unblot the cover on the fender liner to access the wiring. Pull and remove the connectors at the pcm and tac module's and check for corrosion, a shot of electronic contact cleaner won't hurt either, disconnect negative battery cable beforehand. The buzzing you are hearing is most likely a relay, caused by a low voltage condition due to repeated cranking . Hope this helps.

Since you recently changed the starter, I would check the connections at the starter for security, and the engine block ground location above the starter.
Other than that, confirm the fuel pump turns on for 2 seconds with the key to ON, and fuel pressure at the rail is 55-62 psi and holds.
