I did a 0411 swap on a 98 automatic, myself and another guy have verified numerous times that the Pinot is correct. Car is pulling 60 degrees of timing for some reason, will not run on its own have to give it throttle. Throttle position reads percent but not voltage. Has correct cam/crank sensors I am at a loss

it's been a while but as I recall there are mistakes in the service manual pinout for the 01 and later PCM. Did you actually wring out the wiring to each connector that goes to the PCM or did you just pin it up and go for start?
I followed a thread on here step by step, car will run with help, it’s ls3 supercharged car with the ls3 throttle body also if that helps at all. Will be on e when we get this issue figured out

I read through that before posting here, the car don’t miss, does not throw any codes at all it just pulls a bunch of timing, being the ls3 throttle body and the stock 98 tax module on the pedal would that be it? I wouldn’t think so? We used the bp automotive adapter harness to adapt to the ls3 throttle body

Sorry I have to ask, but did you just plug it in, or did you verify the adapter was good checking from the TB connector to the TAC .....against the schematics?
The harness worked on the old engine before the pcm switch. No codes at all show up. With the torque management stuff “disabled “ in hp tuners it’s still pulling 58 degrees at all times. Could the bcm be telling the pcm that it’s spinning tires and it’s pulling the timing?

Ok, from my perspective you followed an internet post, and took a pin-and-pray approach. Until you have confirmed with a meter that every wire is going where it is supposed to go v/s the schematic, you could just be chasing your tale.
Good luck with your issue.
I have and I I came up with everything is where it should be. Which is why I’m asking for help on here being others on here have successfully done this swap. The 4 missing grounds are added I did the 411 wiring and then I did the 0411 to p59 for flex. That’s why I was asking about the tax module, or the bcm etc
