I recently installed a AirRaid intake system for my 2003 Chevy Corvette and my car is starting to throw these codes. This didn’t happen right away instead it took about a week of usage to start sending these codes and giving me the check engine light. My assumption is that this is from not being tuned? And if so is driving my car with these codes being thrown damaging my engine? I have a tune lined up for the 26th of this month. If anyone has experience with this I’d greatly appreciate some help!

the only other mods done to this car is a 3.42 differential swap with a transmission tune (4 speed auto with originally the 2.73 gears) and a ghetto muffler delete I did myself by just sawing the mufflers off.

Not familiar with that system but get your car "tuned " and if your issue is not resolved you can come back here for help.
You should not need a tune for a Cold air intake/filter kit. Your MAF may be dirty from the oil off the filter. Or you have an air leak behind the MAF would be my guess from what lucky posted.
When changing air cleaners those codes usually indicate an airleak in one of the connections. That should be the first thing to look for and then check the MAF is they remain current
sorry but what does this mean? I was just having some trouble with getting the MAF back into the OEM airbox. I took the OEM one out to install the new one but came to realize that I was missing a part from the aftermarket intake. I had to put the MAF back into the OEM intake and reinstall it. Had no issues with it with the OEM air box in the car. I will definitely go back and check with carb cleaner when I get the chance. It’s been a day of driving it and so far and I haven’t gotten the code again.
