Base Manual C5 Corvette no-start issue
Hi everyone,
I’m dealing with an intermittent no-start issue on my C5 Corvette. Sometimes it starts normally, other times it simply refuses to start (when I turn the key there is no crank, just all the lights going out for 0.5 seconds). The problem seems random and not clearly hot or cold related. Battery voltage looks fine and there are no persistent warning lights.
So far, I’ve replaced the ignition switch and I’ve checked the starter, but the issue is still there. Before replacing more parts, I’d really appreciate any advice or insight into common C5 causes or what I should check next.

My first question is can you hear the TDR relay click on when you turn the key to crank the engine over? The TDR is located in the passenger footwell area where the fuse box and BCM are located.
