'04 c5 starter
I recently needed to replace my original Starter on my Corvette, the starter i received does not fit. My Original starter mounting bolts are offset, one bolt being longer than the other. They sent me one that is having both bolts the same length, is it because of the Transmission, mine being any auto and not a stick? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You can get modern mini starters from GM trucks that give extra space.(headers) I had to buy a new bolt too. I think they are less likely to crack the block or something and have gear reduction for more torque.
