twilight sentinal
I own a C5 originally delivered to canada, does anyone know how to turn my twilight sentinal off? My choosing off on the menu gets over-ridden by computer (bcm). Thanks, Corky [IMG][/IMG]

I have a '99 with twilight sentinal, as far as I know the twilight sentinal just turns on the (pop-up) headlights at dusk. The Canadian law for daytime running lights does not use the regular headlights but instead uses the running lights beside the turn signals. While many (canadian) cars do use the regular headlights for daylight running not all do, the manufactureres have other options they can use, but for most regular headlights is the simplest solution. So, if your problem is that the headlights always pop-up including in the daylight, then there may be another problem. I hope this helps you out?

Contact a dealer and see if the BCM calibration can be update to a US calibration. Hopefully, it would be a cal change and not a total BCM swap.
