help removing exhust manifolds

Installing headers and I'm trying to remove the factory manifolds. I cant seem to break them loose from the head. All the bolts are removed. Tried prying from the bottom and the top. I can get one end to slid up and down, but it would break loose. They must have used superglue on these things :mad Ideas are welcome. Thanks

there are *6* bolts per side, not five. Make sure you got them all. They should fall off once all are removed. There's nothing sticky about it.

Look for the hidden one under the air injection tube boss. There are two very close to each other.
