I'm going to install the hurst on the vet 2-moro. Anything I should know? I installed my stingers and lowered it myself so I have a small bit of technical ability. :D

Take your time and remove the center console. Installing the Hurst is a really simple task and you are gonna love the new shifter! I installed the light springs as the heavy ones were too much. Install your springs after you have installed the shifter and then shift around to see if you like the tension.
6th gear will continue to be difficult to get into as will reverse. But who uses 6th and reverse anyway? Took me about 1-1/2 hours - including beer. :D

The worst part will be getting the **** off the old shifter. Some people get lucky and its easy but others have a hard time. The trick is if its hard place a set of vice grips on the "T". Then tap lightly with a hammer on the side of the "T" while wiggling and pulling out. Just be patent. It will come.

If you leave the stops in the Hurst, when adjusting them, I strongly recommend backing them out furher than the 1/4 turn the instruction say. I went a full turn and have had no problems
