Does this happen to anyone else?
I have H/C and ATI, LT header and the whole 9 yards. When I get on it hard and the car is pulling as hard as it can, I get a small drop or two of water that "appear" at the bottom of the driver's side windshield. This happened even when I only had a T1 intake and exhaust and continues after more in depth modding. Does this happen to anyone else? Where does it come from?

Do a search on the forum...some guys have used some sort of check valve for the washer system, by yes, ford. Mine does it too, but i just ignore it.

Ya, as others have said, it's windshield washer fluid. I solved the problem the easy way, just keep the level low in the container. :cheers:

I have been told that the engine compartment in a c5 pressurizes under WOT and puts the "squeeze" on the washer fluid tank causing moisture on the drivers side windshield. Mine stopped with low washer fluid and/or the heat extraction hood from motor city mold co.
