Gettting a "shocks inoperative" message with Hypertech PP III
I am getting this message when the PP III runs the diagnostic. I have the adjustable suspension and truthfully I do not feel any difference between the settings (sport, touring, etc.), but the car feels fine. No sway or loseness. Can anyone help me?

Check the DIC codes and see if you are getting those same messages. If the shocks were inop, you would get the message in the DIC in Bold Print.

So I would be getting that message when the PP III was not plugged in right?

Right. Can't figure why the PPIII would affect the shocks at all. I run one on my 99' and have never seen any msg like that. In fact I have not seen anything on shocks in the user manual.
Call Hypertech, the customer service is pretty good down there.
