Need Help with Predator....ASAP!
Hey,
Installed the pred.
changed for 3.73s, lowered the temp the fans come on, chnaged shift firmness and quickness. Didnt change shift points, etc.
Now when I drive it with TC/AH on...sometimes for no reason TC will come on. Im barely pressing on the gas-doesnt seem like car is losing traction at all. Like its coming on for no reason. Cause I put on CCWs with 335 rears????
Second problem...I didnt change shift points, didnt think I needed to since I said I have a 3.73 in the unit.
But when I go WOT....the car hits the rev limiter and wont shift...just bounces and bounces of the limiter.
I emailed RWTD to get a custom tune but no reply yet and called the # on the site-no answer.
I didnt want to post in Scan and Tune because not as many people visit that section and really need help ASAP

Just a thought, but with the gears + the new rear tires, it may be throwing things off a bit, especially if the tire diameter is substantially different the stock. The computer may be reading a substantial difference between fron the rear wheel speed and kick on the Active Handling. Good luck

You need a custom tune. James will call you as soon as he gets your e-mail. For the record he averages 400 e-mails a day. :cheers:

anyone know of any shift points I could use in the meantime that will work?
Also...when using the pred to change tire size...do you just enter the factory and actual rear size and not the fronts?
