As the Stingers come in two pices each side, some Rhino ramps are just high enough.
But.....if you want to take out the stock exhaust in one pice, I would use a local 2 or 4 post lift and not do it at home for safety reasons.

I also have the FLP exhaust with with an integrated X-pipe. Gurgling is not too bad, only rarely does it gurgle. Absolutely love this setup.

However, that gurgling/popping during deceleration is really starting to get on my last nerve.

Odd, that is my second favorite thing about the stingers (1st is WOT!). I LOVE the gurgling/popping sound on decel. I love to leave it in 4th and let off the gas about a 1/4 mile before the light and coast just to hear that.

I hope it doesn't go away when the headers finally get put on. :mad
It won't :D  :steering:

I love the gurgling and popping. Especially at about 80mph on the interstate when you lift and are coasting and then you roll back into the throttle and she goes POP and the people next to you look over and smile :yesnod:

I agree in that respect, that is definatly too cool!

However, this is my daily driver. Every time I let off the accelerator pedal, even slightly, it starts popping. If you add up the times I have to do that on my 20 minute drive to work, thats alot of popping. If it only would pop after I had it up at WOT, then it probably wouldnt bother me so much. It might also have to do with hearing the popping all the way home after a 14 hour day with 8 of the hours spent listening to two 850hp turbine motors turning propellers that are located right next to my head. Boy do I sound old now, and I am NOT old!! But damnit, the music will NEVER be too loud! :)
Try this, daily driver, 75 miles a day, Stingers, long tubes, no cats, and X package heads/cam. lol, talk about popping. I LOVE it though, it actaully makes pops as loud as a gunshot out the back of the car on decel occasionally when coming down from high revs... and when it does, I get flames shooting out the tailpipes! :D :D :D And even the regular popping is pretty nuts, feels like I'm driving a LeMans racer to work, it's the best. :D

I can't wait to hear my cannons. Is the popping evident on A4's? or just w/ the mn6? Thank's y'all.
edmaverik - :seeya I just installed my 4 tip stingers on my 03 A4 and there is basically no popping. I will hear it every now and then but not really noticable. At first I thought they were going to be to loud for me, but they are growing on me. Love the deep rumble.

But I am having one problem, at lower RPMs I'm getting some sort of a rattle. Can't tell if it is the exhast system or something with the install. It almost sounds like a piece of metal flapping around. Any ideas? I think I'm going to go back to where I got it installed and see what they say, then I may need to call borla.
