Heads Up Display Problem
I have had intermittent problems with my heads up display. When turned off it will flash like about a 2 inch box with random numerics and alphanumerics across the screen for a few minutes then disappear. They have already changed out the IPC and now are going to change out the CRT. They called chevrolet and was told that they have never encountered this problem in any other corvette. I guess I am the first or am I. Has anyone else had this problem. I think it could be a faulty ground but they dont. Oh well.

On rare occasions, when the sun is at the right angle, my display will project a completely illegible display of numbers/ characters/ etc. Even when you completely dim the diplay, this information is visible. Are you sure this isn't what you are experiencing???? :confused:

I have seen what you are talking about but this is a different problem. It has happened many times including at night which is very visible.
