Help with GHL exhaust install!!!!????!!!!????

Good luck,
Collin
If I recall correctly the pieces for this exhaust systems are not symmetrical so make sure you have the correct parts on the correct side. Secondly, I seem to recall a similar scenario when I installed mine....it just took some adjusting....kits a fairly complicate 3D puzzle.

Thats the thing, the parts were so location specific that I never considered that as a source of error. Flanges have an angle that makes them foolproof. Hanger makes the muffler pipe foolproof, and the angle on the exhaust tips makes those easy. As I said, when I had the over-axle pipes threaded in, everything appeared symmetrical, but the muffler pipes seemed to have a slightly different radius, and the distance from the raw end of these pipes from the rear facia was different. I tried using a Sears strap wrench to tighten up the radius a little, but no improvement. I have no doubt it can be made right, just that I was looking for a seamless installation.
