Replace the battery then turn the ignition to on (Don't start the engine) and press the lock and unlock buttons on the fob simultaneously for 9.69 seconds until the horn honks once.

I believe you stand close to your car and hold down both the loc & unlock buttons for about 10 or 11 seconds, you know 1001, 1002, 1003 etc.
You should here some type of chime or beep to let you know it has been reprogrammed.

Sit in the car with both FOBs and turn key to on without starting engine. press option bottom on DIC until screen is blank. Then hold reset until FOB training is displayed(take 10-15 seconds). Follow the prompts. That's it
