LOW OIL LEVEL

LOW OIL LEVEL
2 weeks ago, I got the LOW OIL LEVEL come up on the DIC. I checked the oil and it was a little less than half way on the ok marks. I added a half a quart to it and checked it and looked fine. Now everytime I start it up the LOW OIL LEVEL shows up. I hit reset everytime. Is there some place I have to tell it that's it's ok now? Thanks Doug :crazy:

Funny this came up. My sister's just did the same thing the other week and she couldn't get the message to go away. I will tell her to try disconnecting the battery.

It is programmed to stay in memory for a certain number of ignition cycles. It will go away, but you can always kill the memory by pulling the neg cable. :yesnod: :rolleyes:
