Headers and A/F
What effect does the addition of headers do to the A/F ratio and to what extent of a change? :troll

Re: Headers and A/F (SpinMonster)
Mine runs richer after SLP header install. I'll have to get the car in for LS1-Edit tuning to fix the A/F mix correctly. That's $500 so it'll be a while. I have better things to do with the $500.

Re: Headers and A/F (SpinMonster)
Some have gone the route of using O2 simulators for the rear and moving the rear sensors to the forward O2 bungs due to the higher heating effect/better response of the sensor.

My A/f is richer after the install of headers, about 12.2 at the top end. Time for an edit. :chevy

For another $50, you can buy a copy of LS1Edit and fix it your self. It is not that hard and there is a lot of help out there :)

:iagree:
If a 62 year old from the pre-computer age can do it so can you. Tuning is more than a one shot process. It may take a number of trials to get it really right. :steering:
