Here is a post I made where a guy wanted to raise his car back up to stock height due to rubbing of the front air dam. Just look at the pictures and then look under your car and you will see exactly what to do. There is also a Tech Tips section with good descriptions also.

YOu can lower front and rear with the suspension bolts just get a hex wrench and lower it. YOu can go 2" front and rear

You cannot lower 2" without cutting the factory front bushings and getting longer replacement bolts for the rear. :cheers:
