Key the crank pulley? I did a search, but could not find anything..

You can go to Lingenfelters page and download the MagnaChager instructions. It has a whole page on pinning the crank. I had my crank and balancer keyed. It was done with the crank out of the car. There is a tool the makes the grind into the crank. Not sure if it can be done on the car, there is a reluctor gear on our crank that makes it hard to get to without the correct tool. :cheers: :cheers:

Did mine on the car. After removing the steering rack and moving the power steering cooler there was no problem.

Also a right angle dewalt drill was used (18V)!!!!!

no instructions, but if you ise jmx's "howto" page it will show you how to move the rack, etc! (he shows it in his cam swap section!
