New stock gaskets, reuse the bolts. 18 lb/ft. If your flanges are thin, bolts will bottom out. Either use a thick washer or 2 between bolt and flange to prevent that, or grind the bolts shorter.

Check on page 56 of the latest catalog from Eastwood they have a locking header bolt sets. I have not used these yet, but the mechanics I am working with rate them as very efficent and useful.
