Make sure to be careful putting the o-ring on the oil pick up tube. If it tears, your oil pressure will be low, and you'll have to take everything apart to put a new one on.

I did the same mistake once before when I installed my cam. I learned the first time. I bought a new O-ring for the new hi-flow oil pump that I am waiting on...

how about forgetting the lock-tite......i know :crazy:
The sheet that comes with it say's I should make some mods to the face of the block. Anyone know if this applies to the LS1? Did any of you perform the mods? How hard?
