Pressure sensor working or not?
Anyone know of a way to tell if a pressure sensor is operating without the wheel being on the car. I'm replacing a damaged rim and would like to know if I can use the same sensor or not, before I have the tire mounted.

You can train the sensor while it is out of the wheel/tire assy but there is no way to turn it on and read the pressure... chances are that if you retrain it and it honks the horn... it's gonna work fine. grab your magnet and get busy!
