Brake pads
I just received new qs pads, the pads came with 2 peel off shims, do they go on the inner or outer pads. The front brakes came with new clips that I'm not familiar with, will these be self explainatory once I look at the pads on the car, thanks Jim.

I just replaced my rotors and pads - AC Dura Stops w/ (Ceramic pads)
The self-adhesive strips go on the outbrd. I didnt use mine - I painted the back of the pads with hi-temp silver.
The clips will be self explanatory. The are the anit-rattle clips so be sure and use them. There is a post that has some excellent info and picture step x step. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerothread?id=560699
I found it to be pretty easy overall. Of course I was replacing rotors and pads.
