I need tires for Road Racing and want to use the tires to and from the track. I am impressed with what I have read about these tires and they are so inexpensive. Are they much of a compromise to some of the other more expensive tires.

I am starting to sound like an evagelist but I really like these tires. I used Bridgestone S03s last year and fell like I gave up nothing with the MXs.

Re: Khumo Ecsta MX ? (Mr. Max)
I love mine, :hurray: much quiter than the EMT's :smash: and better traction overall  Came back from the Outer Banks the other day in the rain and they great

No they are either almost equal (KD's) or much better then any tire out there. I have 295's on mine and will not use another tire on the Vette till someone else realizes that High Performance tires don't need to cost $300+ dollars. They are a top three street/track tire for the Vette you'll be very happy.
