M6 Issues?
I had a progressive noise that started with a vibration in the shifter in any gear and after 150 miles ended with a comercical sawmill like sound that gets worse with higher MPH and is the same with the clutch depressed.
The car suffers no other issues at this time. What are your thoughts and experiences.
What price can i expect for rebuilding the M6. and if its opened up, what perfomance mods should i look into at that time?

Hey Joe, I had a saw like sound coming from my car when my tranny was broken http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerothread?id=551215 but it was coming from the clutch cause I had to slip it in 4th gear while it was broken so I could drive it to get fixed. Here are my thoughts after the fix http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerothread?id=565264. Tommy can fix your tranny and Im sure he can do it for a good price (he does work on the side too so you dont have to pay dealer labor rates). Give me a call sometime to further discuss this. My car is broke too right now so dont feel too bad.
