M6 Column lock fix TSB
Anyone know the details of TSB 01044A "Column Lock Malfunction" relative to a M6? In particular, I would like to know which relay is replaced in this fix.
Some say failure of this relay is a cause of future column lock malfunctions.
Relays fail generally by either an open coil or contact failure. Possibly cleaning these contacts after a failure would save someone from the dreaded flatbed....
If I could get enough accurate info I'd like to write up a Tech Tip for this issue.
