Searched everywhere for this code..????
I can't seem to find this code anywhere, I've tried http://www.stengel.net/diccodes and still didn't list it, anyone know of some other sites, I could find it under, the code is SCM B1001 H.... really thank you if you could help!!! :cheers:

B1001 is Option Configuration Error.
This DTC is associated with the inflatable restraints. DTC is set when the restraints ID stored in the inflatable restraint sensing and diagnostic module (SDM) does not match the restraints ID that is stored in the Body Control Module (BCM) and/or The VIN that is stored in the SDM does not match the VIN stored in the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
Have either the BCM and/or PCM been replaced? If so the replacement modules need to be reprogrammed.
It is also possible that the DTC is set due to faulty electrical connections or aftermarket devices that could effect the operation of the Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) system.
A scan tool is required to identify the data in the BCM/PCM.
