Tread yes, just like any tire. Sidewall, no. Discount Tire will do it for free, you know. :cheers:

If they are Goodyear EMT's, the will do it free also. However, they have a tread wear % maximum you must be under to do it free. I would just take it to Discount. They like working on Vette's! :D

I had one repaired ok when in the tread; on another spike in the sidewall, I had to get new tires.

Goodyear told me that you can patch - not plug - a run flat once and they will honor its speed rating if you need future adjustment to the tire. The trick is to find someone who will repair run flats - my Goodyear dealer wouldn't do it.

I had a half inch wide bolt sticking out of mine :eek: Goodyear repaired it and put the ugly wheel weight that was on the outside of the rim, on the inside. :cool: Iv'e been 148 mph since then with no problems. Its holding air fine.
