Friends,
I finally got my quad tip oval "Stingers" installed with the Bassani X-pipe. These are so sweet! But here's my situation.
The left side muffler (driver side) is slightly defective. The tips are leaning toward the right side of the car. It's not very noticable, but I know it's not quite right. The technician did everything to fix it, but couldn't. I think Borla will replace it, and send a new one, but the system has hardly any resonance now, and I'm afraid the replacement might not be as resonance free. What do you think? Should I risk getting a replacement, or live with what I have. I'm very happy with the sound, but not with the quality. I'd really appreciate hearing your opinions.
Also, there is slight gurgling on decelaration, even with the x-pipe. Is this normal?
Can't advise you on the gurgle, but an option on the mis-alignment is take the car to a muffler shop and be sure all mounts are correct. If they are then the muffler man can simply heat the pipes a little and reposition them properly.

[I][Gurrgling sound is perfectly normal on decel, I like it sounds cool
