If I change the end links from plastic to aluminum will I notice any difference? I have the stock soft suspension sway bars. I know, I should get Fichtner's Z06 package, but for now would the end link upgrade do anything noticable?
Re: End links upgrade- any difference in handling? (BlueL36)
I am not sure about the stock suspension, but on the stock Z setup I noticed a definite change going to aluminum end links. One thing to note however, is that they do make noise and 'pop' sometimes when rolling slowly over bumps, inlcines, etc (like going out of driveway in the morning).

The car will feel a little more responsive.

Check the torque on the end links. They should be set at 65 ft-lbs.
As far as the handling difference goes, on mine (Z51) it tightened up a bit, but the original front links were thin metal rod as opposed to the plastic, so there wasn't near as much deflection as the plastic end links to start with.
You'll definitely get the most out of the sways you've already got, and you'll be set up to maybe get a set of used Z06 bars and save some money.

Throw the torque wrench out the door on the end links, and just crank the hell out of them. They will not make any noise after that.
