For spare parts in the UK I'd track down one of the Vauxhall garages that deals in North American parts such as Crownhill Vauxhall of Milton Keynes. You might also try Bauer Millett in Manchester.
Alternatively you could use Fichtner Chevrolet in Montana, they support Corvetteforum.com well. I've ordered stuff from them in the past and had no problems at all. They're used to shipping stuff overseas. I spoke to Bob in the parts department but they also have a couple of blokes called Tom and Albert there now too.
