There may be a few additional ohms added because one of the connectors at one end or the other is not on as tight as the rest. I would not worry about.
I need wires too. 6 of my stock wires measured around 300ohms. I thought that was good for a car with 60,000 miles until I measured the other two wires. The other two read 1.2 meg ohms and 3.7 meg ohms. The weird part about it is the engine still runs like a champ all the way to 6200 rpm! :D
I KNOW that wont last long before they start to break down.
Now I am batteling over getting a set of Magnacore wires or the GM performance wires.
Your few ohms of difference should NOT be a problem. :thumbs:
