I want to change the original battery in my 2000 before it leaks.Which red top would you suggest?Thanks :blueangel:

The Optima Red Top battery that fits best in a C5 is Model Number 75/35-925.

I purchased mine for $94.95 from http://www.optimabatterystore.com.

I purchased the Optima Red Top 75/35, works great. Will not leak like my last two AC/Delco ones did.

Yes, but that is an old model number, I had two of them, the same battery is now model number SC34U.
