rebuilds
whats the story about corvette rebuilds? What are the pros and cons of these types of cars? I've seen some that look like they just came out of the showroom. Any problems with insurance or resale?

Corvettes are actually very reliable and can go many many miles (like closer to 200K than 100K) before anything really need attention of the rebuild kind(unless you race the car).

Pro: you get this kind of funny grin on you face that seams to stay forever. You can't get work done because you are daydreaming about the commute home at night (is that a pro or a con?)
Con: Tire rack will know your name by the sound of your voice.

Resale is depressed right now due to 0% financing converting used car buyers into new car buyers.
