Tire sensors compartibility question
Will tire sensors work all C5's?
Or will the 2000's sensors are not compartible with 2002's?

I believe you need the specific sensor to your model year.
There was a slight change in the size of the sensor, but I can't
remember what year. If you already have sensors, they should
work on most wheels, but not all.

I believe you need the specific sensor to your model year.

If that is the case then I don't have to worry much since the sensors are in Y2K wheels and now I will put them on Z06 wheels.
Anyone else?

There are 2 style sensors, 97-00 and 01-04.
They operate on different frequencies I believe, and aren't intechangeable. You need to stay with the same style sensor you have now.
They are slightly different physically, the newer ones are slightly smaller overall, but they will all fit into the same wheels. Another difference is the new style sensor has a thick stepped rubber washer for sealing against the wheel, and the old style uses an O-ring. To mount the old style sensors into newer wheels, such as Z06 wheels, the new style washer should be used. You can probably pick the seals up at a dealer's parts counter, not sure.
