BO-RFA U1096H
BO-RFA U1064H

What do these codes mean???????????
After doing the diagnostic test the check engine light went off.

The codes indicate a communication problem among the modules.
U1096 - Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC)
U1064 - Body Control Module (BCM)
U1016 - Powertrain Control Module (PCM
The "H" indicates it is a "History" code and not current. After running the car do the codes come back?
Dont worry about those particular codes. They are very common among all C5's. They often occur when the systems are communcation between each other, and a signal takes priority on the system bus, and knocks another off, making it resend. No big deal.
