Ok I feel stupid.
I had to replace my radiator shroud with a new one because I had the Vortex.
Anyway, The new shroud did not come with the 2 white push clip retainers on each side.
Is there a trick to get these off without destroying them?
All the EASY intuitive steps are clearly documented with pictures. Big deal. I need info on the stuff like (Remove the Fog lights and Factory Air Deflectors) huh?
Air deflector? you mean front brake cooling duct?
Now I know this must be painfully obvious..But.. How the hell do I get the original fog light scoops out??
The inside bolts are easy to reach.. But the outside I cannot even see..
The front brake cooling duct is in the way and I don't see how to easily slide it out?
Man I pride myself on figuring out stuff..but I need help. :conehead
The Vararam site has installation pictures that show what parts have to be removed. I left the brake ducts in place and just worked around them. What I found about the fog lights was remove the 10mm bolt holding the whole assembly on, not the screws holding the fog lights in the holders. I messed with that for hours! Like anything, once you've done it once, it all makes sense. Good luck with it! :seeya
