Need some help/idea's

Just installed my FLP headers for the second time. First ones had that air tube flange leak. Any ways, after install I took it out for about 30 miles or so and everything was just fine and it ran great. Yesterday I took a run to the store and it sounded like s..t. On the way back the Check Engine Soon light came on and stayed on for about a mile and then went off. Put her up on stands today and checked everything out. Checked plugs and all connections. Everything seemed ok. Ran a DTC scan and it came back with PO300 multi cylinder misfire detected-B and PO420 TWC System Low efficiency Bank 1 - A. Took it out again and it sounded bad. Ran rough and at idel it would pop every so often and it sounded like it was coming from the right side???? I'm worried about all the mod's and headers with the local chevy dealer and I didn't buy it from them either. My 2003 Z06 only has 830 miles on it and has never been raced or abused. This has really got me worried
Can anyone help me with this or any ideas a simple old man like me can do
Engine Mod's: Ported/Polished TB;dual cone air intake
:cry

I would just take your time and carefully check eveything and maybe do a PCM relearn while your at it, maybe some screwy computer glitch
Good luck...gotta be something simple :seeya
I see you mentioned checking the plugs etc. just thinking maybe a connector came loose you didn't mention new wires maybe the old ones were damaged
