I just got my set of Baer Eradispeed rotors in. The left rotor looks like it would be the right rotor and vice versa due to the direction of the slots? I even looked at the GP section for the rotors and they are facing the wrong direction as well. Why do the slotted vains go in this direction? I have never seen drilled slotted rotors on a performance car going the wrond way. PLEASE HELP!

Re: Bear eradispeeds on backwards? (Patches)
Has to do with the directional cooling vanes and their curvature. I've got some slotted only Plus 1's going on the rear in the near future. Same thing.

That is on correctly.
when you received your eradispeeds.. they were marked < left and right,,,
these rotors are made in australia....... eveerything is reversed..
I have actually seen alot of these with the vanes running to the rear  It worried me..but mine are on right..towards the front as shown earlier, like Patches pic!
it isnt the external slot direction....... it is the internal vane direction..
Yes, it is the internal vane that matters, and only in case of beeing curved, not straight, it has an effect when mounted on the correct side.
If the internal vane is curved, the line on top should direct to the rear. In this way, air is sucked into the center of the rotor and due to rotation forced to leave at the outer border.

The slot is to help relieve gas build up from the pads. The slot direction as shown in the photo wipes the pad to the outside.
If he was going in reverse. The front is to the left, wheel rotates counter-clockwise, the way the slots are, they'll collect towards the inside. Baer calls it 'reversed slotting'. I don't like it.
