Ok- I'm confused(Yea easliy done) I've only seen this light come on twice since I've had the car. Does that mean when I thought I shifted into 3rd I was actually in 4th gear? :confused:

It only comes on when you are about to shift from 1st to 2nd when your revving between 1000 to 2200 rpm or thereabouts. It will energize a solenoid at the trany which stops you from going into 2nd gear. It takes you right to 4th gear.
