Normal Oil Pressure at Idle?

What is a normal level for Oil Pressure at an idle. I just got my oil changed and it reads between 25-29 when idling after about 30 minutes of driving. For some reason I always thought before it was higher around 40 at idle.

The temperature is around 180 and pressure rises to about 40 - 45 once I start increasing my rpms.
