Hi Guy’s
I like to say thank you to the Vette Doctor crew for an unbelievable effort in getting my car ironed out at yesterday’s event. This was our first attempt at running the car on the juice and of cause there are always the bugs! First run the spray didn’t activate Dennis traced the problem to a defective window switch and made a quick fix. Second run a 10.097 @ 127.29 was in and out of the throttle do to popping found that the car was running to lean. Back to the pits the crew was back to work changing plugs and jets. Third run the launch best yet a 1.5 and then bang some thing happened to the tranny I limped back to the pits. Joey put the car on jack stands and started ripping it apart he found that the shifter cable had snapped and he just kept at it for hours trying every thing possible to make a temp repair to the cable. Unfortunately we were unable to make it back out but the hard work and support of the Vette Doctor crew and race team was phenomenal. Special thanks to Joey his drive and determination truly was inspiring!
I am confident that that mid Nine’s are in the near future. I would also like to thank Brian, Bill and everyone else that contributed to the unbelievable pit setup. We had all the comforts of home. It was truly a great day.

Thanks guy's for all positive feed back it’s been a long battle but the results are sure to be worth the effort.
Bill Thanks for the new photo I think I could see a little space between the front tires and the pavement :D
As for Nysbadmk8 comments I think everyone has become use to the immaturity of his posts and I wish him luck with his little ole 346 hope to see him at some events
:boxing
On a side note: This was your first NA shake down pass where you ran about an 1/8 of a mile. Check out the launch! WHEELSUP!!!   Wheels up Naturally Aspirated!
PS. Nysbadmk8 where were you Saturday? Come out on Aug 16th and lets run heads up.
first off, Nice Runs Major Spray!! Even though track conditions weren't the greatest. Good handling of the car while leaving tire marks down the track
why big cubes for 9's?
Secondly, Mysbadmk8
Why big cubes you ask, well lets put it this way if you can get a stock bottom end car into the nines on a larger shot with your heads and cam package ask yourself how long is it gonna last with the amount of spray you are willing to add to it to get it there  Not a long time.
BowerBoy go out there and wipe him on the track!! and again and again until his motor wont get him down the track :steering:
No offense to you Mysbadmk8, but some of the comments just arent necessary, maybe change the attitude a little bit and be supportive of fellow vette drivers and what they do to make there car run - your times in you sig are pretty damn decent, but just to let you know i was knocking on your door with 100% completely stock motor & Nitrous
you where doin 10.50's with an A4 with a stock cubed motor and 3.42s less the Nitrous??? if so thats impressive
And im not worried about my bottom end... It seems plenty happy with all the daily driveing and Nitrous beatings i keep giving it. its 3 months old, has 5000 miles and over 125 passes down the track.
No not 10.50's i said knocking on your door - 10.60's -10.70's with a a4 3.73 gear and 150 shot w/ a 1.44 60' time at best, 122-127 MPH depending on temp and traction. STOCK HEADS, STOCK CAM neither been off or out of the car.
All and all i did state you have decent times on your car, but you should think about what you post to some of the other drivers on here, i know your 19 and us younger guys tend to get a lil cocky but all and all we are in it for the same great thing and thats the corvette and its performance.
By the way what size cam and who's heads do you have?
And who would have thought that Cartek's name would come up here...isn't there some type of agreement against this crap? You want to call someone out do it in a seperate thread, stop hyjacking threads to promote your car or another tuner.
