Who does the best dyno tuning?

Who are some of the best tuners around the Texas area and what should I expect to pay to have my car dyno tuned.

From the opinions I have seen on this board MTI is a good place to go.

John Page at 21st Century will make sure it is right before you drive off, even if it takes a lot of tuning.

I've heard Jermey is good as well. 21st Centruy has great installers (some of the best work I've ever seen on a install ... Andy get's it from his custom stereo days) and are first class, but I don't think they have the best tunners. I think with as many people as they are getting there experience will increaase quickly.
