Porting / Polishing Throttle Body?
I am considering doing my own Throttle Body. Anyone have any experience with doing this? I am wondering what type of epoxy I should use to fill the hole in it. Also how big of a hole should I leave in it for breathing? What should I use to polish it with?

I just finished a port / polish job on my TB. I doubt if I will get significant gains with the bolts ons I have (ported MAF, MAFT, Blackwing, Hypertech, Magnaflow), but I am preparing for the future with H/C. Also, I did not plug the emissions port on the TB. This is only because I haven't seen an aftermarket TB with the port plugged, but that doesn't mean I'm correct.
It was a piece of cake to do and actually fun and damn it looks good. :lol:
