Does anyone know the proper torque procedure for head studs. I am sure it is different then normal bolts, ie. 90 degree after so many ft. lbs.
Plus can someone verify a Fel-Pro 1041 gasket will work on a 4.125" bore? I have been told this but would like to verify.
Thanks! :seeya

I would expect to use the same torquing procedure. This will give you the proper clamping force while NOT yielding the bolts.
However, you should contact both manufacturers to confirm.

With ARP moly lube the large studs are tightened in 3 stages to 65# then the small ones are tightened to 22. Go to 75 and 25 if using oil. The studs themselves are tightened into the block just until they bottom.
