When shifting, perticularly if the rpm's of the engine and trans aren't matched perfectly, a sound of like metal on metal "clamping" is heard from the driveline/transmission area when the clutch is engaged. I don't know how else to describe it. The car shifts and operates fine. Maybe the torque tube or something maybe loose? :skep:
It's too quite to record esp with my loud exhaust.
It's like a "take up" noise in the driveline, was wondering if this was normal. Engage the clutch and shift and when the trans and engine rpm's match there is a metal clamping sound when they try and match rpm's. It's like slack being taken up.
